How To Make a Complaint

If you wish to make a complaint about our service, you can contact us in the following ways:

Please provide your full name, contact details, policy or reference number where applicable, and a clear description of your complaint so we can investigate it promptly.

What Happens Next

We will acknowledge your complaint within five working days of receipt. We will investigate your complaint fairly and promptly. If we are unable to resolve the matter within five working days, we will keep you informed of progress and aim to provide a final response within 40 working days. If we need more time, we will explain why and confirm when you can expect our final response.

External Dispute Resolution

If you are not satisfied with our final response, or if we have not resolved your complaint within the required timeframe, you may be entitled to refer your complaint to the relevant independent dispute resolution body in your jurisdiction.
